2130 Goodrich

2130 Goodrich will be a 34,000 NRSF Class-A office building with ground floor office/retail, two levels of below grade parking, and rooftop event and amenity space with downtown views.

This project is under development by Notional Development Partners, and features a top-tier design team including architecture by Perkins Eastman, Kimley-Horn for civil engineering, Wylie Engineering for mechanical engineering, Thornton Tomasetti for structural engineering, and TBG for Landscape.
